Lost the entire post

Note from Ephesus, Turkey on 10/11


Almost all ready to hit ‘Publish’ on an Istanbul post from 10/6 when I lost everything an hour ago because of some major internet connectivity issues here at our hotel. I had spent hours loading photos and writing captions from our day in Istanbul taking the funicular, the old fashioned tram, visiting the secular part of the city, going on a fantastic ferry ride up the Bosphorus and capping off the day seeing the unbelievable Sulemaniye Mosque but ONLY after a couple of spirited Muslim women intervened with the security guard to let me in. So I’ll try again tomorrow to recreate it all for you. PLEASE keep your fingers crossed for me that I’ll have better as I’m feeling really bummed right about now!
